Kamios ITC InsureTech 2026 Trial — Summary Terms

1. The offer. One trial tenant per company, pre-loaded with US$500 of AI credits and 30 days of Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) support, redeemable with a valid, unredeemed voucher code within 30 days of the event.

2. Credits. Credits are promotional, non-transferable, hold no cash value, and expire when the trial ends. Fair-use limits apply; Neutrinos may throttle or suspend usage that indicates abuse or automated resale.

3. Trial period. The trial ends automatically 30 days after activation. No payment method is collected and nothing converts to a paid plan without a separate agreement signed by your company.

4. Your data. Data you load into the trial tenant remains yours. Use evaluation or synthetic data where possible; do not upload personal data of your customers unless your company has authorised it. At trial end, tenant data is retained for 30 days and then deleted unless you convert.

5. Contact. Neutrinos will contact you about your trial (activation, onboarding, FDE scheduling) and, with your consent on the registration form, about related products. See the Privacy Notice for details and your rights.

6. Acceptable use. The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, to process data you have no right to process, or to build competing benchmarks without permission.

7. No warranty. The trial is provided as-is for evaluation. Neutrinos' liability during the trial is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
